I walked into a packed secretary of state, grabbed my number and started chatting with the lady across from me asking her how long she had waited( I had to pick up miles in an hour), I said I came in because I wasn't sure if I needed to pick up a new plate, the lady says " yea they're only like $5, and I said, oh sweet, that's cheap.
